Lifetime Warranty
Rhode Island Iron Works stands behind our railings with our Lifetime Guarantee. Your railings are guaranteed for as long as you own your home. We are able to offer this guarantee because of the high quality and expert design of each of our railing products.
The homeowner is responsible for normal maintenance of the railings. If your railings require touchup of the finish we provide touchup paint free of charge.
If a catastrophic event occurs as a result of a falling tree, automotive accident or other incidents, the railings are not covered under our warranty. However, we will work with you to resolve any unfortunate occurrences.
